“ Love this place. Nice setting, right on the seafront with lovely views across the beach. The food is really good, cooked fresh to order and very reasonably priced. The salt beef bagel is fantastic. Warm bagel, the beef just melts in the mouth and the tangy mustard and pickle compliment it perfectly. And it's only 7! ”

For lunch, I ordered the blue cheese burger, while my partner went for the BLT. Both meals were fantastic—full of flavor and cooked to perfection. Before we left, I noticed the clam chowder being advertised, and after reading some glowing reviews, I decided to buy the last portion to take back to London. The next day, I heated it up in a pot, added a sprinkle of chili flakes, and it turned into the best thing I’ve ever eaten. Truly, this place delivered an unforgettable dining experience, and I can't recommend it enough for anyone visiting Great Yarmouth. We visited during the off-season, and despite that, the place was packed—testament to how popular it is! The location offers stunning views overlooking the beach, which seemed to be calling our name. It’s also dog-friendly, so our pooch was welcome to join us, and there was plenty of parking available. I have really high standards, and my top three favorite things from the trip were Trimmingham Beach, the Courtyard the award-winning pasta place, and the clam chowder. ”

The decor has lots of little quirky touches, and there were several dogs mooching around. All in all, a great atmosphere and well worth a visit.
